Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The following applies to Reiki and Meditation Sessions.

A deposit of $25.00 is required upon booking. This deposit confirms your booking and holds your appointment space, also making sure that your reiki practitioner is ready and prepared for your session. 

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours. 

Deposits are transferable to future appointments when rescheduling with a minimum of 24 hours notice.  

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We ask that you please be courteous and contact Flow Freely promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. The canceled time period can then be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. Flow Freely requires 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the $25.00 appointment deposit. Future scheduled appointment(s) will require the standard $25.00 deposit.  

Cancellation and reschedule appointments made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not be assessed a cancellation fee. 

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment Without Incurring a Fee

If it's necessary for you to cancel or change your scheduled appointment we require you to click the change/cancel button in your confirmation email (preferred) at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that you cannot locate your confirmation email, please email davona@flowfreely.space at least 24 hours in advance. 

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is an arrival after 15 minutes of scheduled appointment time. 

Concessions can be made on a case-by-case basis given that the client reaches out to Flow Freely in advance prior to the appointment time. Concessions can be made but cannot be guaranteed. The $25.00 appointment deposit will also be forfeited. 

Important Points to Remember

All changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time forfeits the deposit of $25.00. Future appointments will require an additional $25.00 for new appointments

Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policies

BIRTH & POSTPARTUM PACKAGES​

  • If a cancellation occurs before the onset of labor or induction, no refund will be provided.

  • For cancellations after the start of labor or induction, no refund or service transfer will be offered.

  • Clients who DO NOT attend any scheduled meet-ups will not receive a refund.

  • In the event that a birth client requires a c-section before labor, refunds or service transfers are not permitted unless the doula cannot provide support in the operating room. Clear communication with your doula is essential in case of an emergency cesarean to ensure support during birth or recovery. For an on-call fee of $100, a scheduled cesarean turning into an emergency one will be accommodated.

  • Refunds or transfers are not applicable for Birth Plans & Post-Births; these services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
